Home Inspections
I work 7 days a week, during day time hours with buyers, sellers, builders and contractors performing complete visual inspections of homes. I evaluate that all systems and components are functioning properly at the time of the inspection. I then provide a same day, detailed report that includes a summary, photos and recommendations following the Tennessee Standards of Practice.
Sewer Main Lateral Camera Inspections & Locating
A sewer scope inspection provides clients with video inspection of your buried sewer line; whether the line runs to the tank or the city sewer there are multiple failures that may happen resulting in very costly repairs. A camera inspection can verify that the lines are in good condition or if repairs may be needed. Root infiltration, deterioration of materials, breaks, or clogs all are defects that we look for. In addition, even locations within the city can be on a septic tank and very few clients know the location. With the camera or a flushable sonde I am able to locate the septic tank and look for any ground level indications of problems. A large portion of the time I can see inside of the tank itself with the camera however this is subjective to the tank shape.

Radon Testing
Radon testing is available for unoccupied homes only. The process runs for 48 hours, and provides a graph with the measurements detected. Radon is the number one cause of lung cancer, but can be mitigated for a relatively inexpensive cost. Learn More Here
