Hello! I am glad you are here! I will attempt not to bore you with unnecessary details!
I performed remodeling with an excellent contractor for several years before finding my way into home inspections. I am a major house geek known for my passion of antique and vintage homes as well as restoration. But if you have a new construction no worries-I dig those too! I am very dedicated to educating my clients, many of whom have remained in touch. My most favored clients are the dreamers with 100 questions, but if that’s not you that’s okay! Whether you are just looking to have a thorough and easy to understand home inspection performed, you are nervous about your first purchase, you currently have an issue with the home you live in, or you want to remodel and are not sure of yourself-I am here to help you and answer any questions you may have. A home inspection or consultation should never feel scary, it’s only information intended to guide you in your pursuits. I am easy-going and a friend to all good people regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, foreign, domestic, or otherwise.
Just in case you are curious: I am a Chattanooga and East Tennessee native through and through. My ancestors on both sides have a long history in this area and I am proud that they greatly contributed to this awesome city, even though they were nearly all common farmers of the poorer variety.
I am a bibliophile, an animal lover, an amatuer history buff who enjoys digging through vintage junk, and I may or may not have threatened clients that if they are removing antique components from their homes that they must relinquish said items into my possession; my collection can never be big enough of antique doors, windows, light fixtures, and anything else I take a shine to. Okay…maybe it can but I’m not sure where to draw that line… if you yourself are into anything of that nature you have found yourself a fast friend!
