Home Buyer/Seller Resource

Buying or selling a home can be a daunting process, but a home inspection shouldn’t be! Home Inspections are an informative tool, one used to educate consumers on their purchase and oftentimes how to maintain certain aspects of the home. Despite the negative connotation that the word “inspection” entails, my goal is to change this experience for my clients. My reports contain detailed information that ensures your purchase is made with as much detail and education as possible. No home is perfect, but the report gives an overall view on the entire home inside and out, so that you can feel confident in making your decision.

When you schedule a home inspection with me you do not have to present for the inspection, but you may choose to show up towards the end if so desired. A typical inspection for an average home is between 2-3 hours. I am more than happy to discuss anything on the report and answer any questions you may have. I offer a lifetime consult as long as you own the home on maintenance questions, or questions regarding your report.

We are required by law to inspect certain systems and components, thus making the report sometimes 45 pages or more, but my intention is for my reports to be both easy to navigate and understand despite the length. You will receive a same day detailed report that includes the following per Tennessee Standards of Practice, photos, and a summary. Read below for more details about what is included in each section of the report, or download a full copy here. If you’re ready, schedule your inspection now!
